Overview

We are seeking a skilled Solution Consultant to join our team.

A Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). As a Solution Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

You'll translate business requirements into technical solutions, support data integration, and ensure clients gain measurable value from their investments.

Collaborating closely with solution architects and senior solution consultants, you'll deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support solution architects designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and manage data-related activities.
  • Perform other reasonable project-related tasks as assigned by the project manager.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Academic degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations research with excellent academic record.
  • Certification as Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher levels are desirable.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Skills
  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed individual.
  • Able to perform in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are an asset.
