Cost Management Role

We seek a skilled professional to assume responsibility for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on cost accounting data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze cost accounting data, including production costs, labor, raw materials, overheads, and operational expenses.
  • Perform inventory valuation and maintain the costing and pricing module in our system.
  • Generate price lists quarterly and prepare standard cost reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs.
  • Prepare and maintain cost forecasts and budgeting reports for departments/business units.
  • Analyze and report on profit margins for various products.
  • Research and recommend cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and cost optimization strategies.

Requirements:

  • Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) or pursuing CMA certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
