Software Development Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that combines technical expertise with leadership skills.

  • Work closely with developers to design and implement large-scale data processing pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database objects in Oracle.
  • Manage client expectations and negotiate priorities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track project status, identify risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional Java development experience with strong system design exposure.
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL and relational databases; ability to write and optimize complex queries and procedures.
  • Experience with batch processing systems and large-scale data processing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of job scheduling tools and project tracking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
