As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored to meet the needs of HNI and institutional clientele. Your goal will be to onboard and mentor new relationship managers, enabling them to quickly become profit centers while ensuring they have the tools and certifications required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Training: Design and deliver training programs that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to promote wealth management products and services to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Onboarding & Handholding: Provide continuous support and guidance to new relationship managers, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Performance Enablement: Monitor and follow up on sales team performance, ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.
  • Certification Preparation: Assist sales teams in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources, study plans, and coaching.
  • Sales Enablement: Teach sales teams effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Continuous Development: Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary to help sales teams overcome challenges and enhance their skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domains. Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable. You will also need strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Wealth Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domains.
  • Training & Coaching Experience: Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
