Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

Location: Noida

Role Summary:

Pentair is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the definition, optimization, and governance of engineering and product commercialization processes. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, process ownership, and technical expertise in tools like Accolade, Jira, and Confluence.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a solid background in staged gate product development processes and a passion for driving operational excellence across globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive efforts to define new engineering and product commercialization processes.

• Collaborate with global leaders to refine and optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless process integration and adoption.

• Develop training materials and deliver engaging in-person or virtual sessions to onboard teams to new or updated processes.

• Define audit frameworks and conduct regular assessments to ensure process adherence.

• Lead a team of Accolade configurators and QA specialists.

• Drive tool upgrades and address user requests efficiently.

• Participate in governance councils to evaluate and prioritize change requests aligned with business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Overall experience of 8-10 years.

• Strong process insight and cross-functional experience.

• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Proven experience in conducting training sessions.

• Engineering background with hands-on experience in PPM tools like Accolade.

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

• Solid understanding of staged gate product development processes. (NPD, VAVE, Alpha/Beta etc.)

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
