Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who loves digital marketing, is data-driven, and wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing consumer brand. You will work closely with creative, design, and e-commerce teams to achieve key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns.
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track budgets, daily spends, and campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing OR candidates with up to 2-3 year of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
