  • We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping products that drive efficiency and innovation for various industries.

This fast-paced environment is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow as a Product Manager.

The Product Analyst will work closely with Agile development teams to implement the vision and strategy for our supply chain products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert on one of our supply chain technologies and services solutions
  • Describing features and problems in Epics and User Stories, and working with Agile team(s) to refine, break down, and transform them into actionable product backlogs
  • Prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of internal stakeholders and client requests
  • Serving as liaison between Client Support and the Agile team
  • Validating client-reported defects and prioritizing them for resolution within required SLA
  • Providing internal product expertise to support other departments and clients implementing and supporting the product
  • Working with the User Experience team to design and validate usable interfaces and product prototypes
  • Contributing to systems of knowledge that help all employees understand, use, sell, and support the product
  • Assisting Product Managers in producing business cases for initiatives to justify investment decisions
  • Gathering and analyzing data to inform product decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking & problem-solving mindset
