Key Responsibilities

As the Business Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Vendor management, vendor payments, and related MIS.
  • Crafting exceptional experiences through end-to-end administrative support to stores and offices.
  • Maintenance, AMC, pest control, service, and repair.
  • Overseeing and coordinating events.
  • Travel management.
  • Inventory management of supplies and assets.
  • Managing HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
  • Responsible for procurement, PO, GRN, invoice processing.
  • Recommend cost-saving options.
  • Procuring/renewal of admin-related licenses and MIS.
  • Audit the workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
