Job Role

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive awareness, conversions, and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who loves data-driven marketing, wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns, and reports directly to the brand and marketing team.

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies on Meta platforms.
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and return on ad spend.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing OR candidates with up to 2-3 year of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
