Key roles and responsibilities of a Business Analyst include creating, refining, and optimizing data sets and metrics for business intelligence reporting, data science, and self-serve analytics using Google Cloud.

This position requires expertise in data modeling, SQL, and cloud-based data analysis. Prior experience in banking and people analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, well-structured, and optimized data sets for business intelligence reporting and analytics.
  • Enhance existing data models and metrics to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability for business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to ensure data structures support advanced analytics use cases.
  • Proactively refine and streamline data pipelines to reduce processing time and costs.

Qualifications we seek:

  • Google Cloud Certified - Data Analyst or equivalent cloud certification (considered advantageous).
  • Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence reporting, or data engineering.
  • Beneficial to have experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms and cloud environments.
