We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization in a critical role.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups. This requires strong functional expertise and a proven track record of managing system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an expert advisor for Oracle HCM Core HR configurations, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.
  • Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
