We are seeking an innovative Product Design and Development Engineer to lead our product development process.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Creation: Develop and design cutting-edge products from concept to production release using CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure feasibility, cost, and functionality.
  • Design Reviews: Lead design reviews, capture feedback, and iterate to improve performance and user value.
  • Documentation: Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Analysis: Analyze performance using simulation (FEA/CFD/motion), prototype and test, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Optimization: Apply DFM/DFA and optimization techniques to enhance manufacturability, reliability, and cost.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on materials, processes, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • CAD Proficiency: Proficient in CAD; familiar with simulation tools and design optimization methods across the product lifecycle.
  • Background Experience: Preferably with a strong background experience in Heavy equipment manufacturing Industry, Heavy fabrication industry, Stone Crushing equipment manufacturing industry.
