We are seeking a seasoned backend developer with expertise in Golang to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance backend services using Golang, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to meet business requirements.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to lead technical discussions.
Good to Have:
  • Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
