In this role, you will also support the ongoing transition from Remedy to ServiceNow, address backlogged ServiceNow development tasks, and collaborate with testing, deployment, and project management teams.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
