Job Title: AI Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this critical role.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in driving the strategic implementation and governance of Artificial Intelligence tools, ensuring precision, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance: Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Audit Logs and Compliance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Security and Moderation Tools: Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Model Performance Analysis: Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prompt Engineering: Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs, such as comparing different models, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures, ensuring seamless operation of AI tools.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain a detailed internal guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management. Develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing AI tools and ensure comprehensive admin coverage. Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for AI-related incidents, providing expert-level support and resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic, as well as experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential, with experience delivering training and creating documentation.
