We're seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to design, test and optimize high-quality prompts for AI models. Key responsibilities include collaborating with automation teams to integrate bots with AI-driven agents, building and deploying autonomous AI systems, partnering with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, developing reusable prompt templates and best practices, integrating APIs and knowledge bases into AI agents and workflows, monitoring agent performance and troubleshooting issues, conducting research on state-of-the-art AI trends and ensuring compliance with responsible AI practices.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.• Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama).• Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations).• Proven experience in building, deploying and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.• Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration, including scheduling, decision-making and exception handling.• Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java or JavaScript for automation and agent development.• Understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integrations across enterprise environments.• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • • Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Microsoft Autogen etc.).• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for AI/automation deployment.• Knowledge of ML pipelines, NLP models and conversational AI.
