We are now expanding into new locations and looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing leads, and developing strategies to increase admissions.
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role that requires a deep understanding of the education industry, student counselling, and proven track record in sales management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead management and conversion while achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our student base and market presence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students, parents, and educational partners.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up to maximize student satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Lead Generation and Sales Forecasting abilities
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our student base
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of the education industry or coaching institutes is a plus
