Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategy Director to join our team at Tech2globe Web solution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills are also essential, as well as the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including social media, PPC, and public relations campaigns.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and manage social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Predictive Analytics: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing and experimentation with new ad creatives, copy, and targeting options.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in the marketing agency working with both international and domestic clients.
  • Proven experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
