Global SEO Strategist & Team Lead

We are seeking a visionary professional to spearhead our global SEO strategy and lead a high-performing team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive organic growth, implement ambitious strategies, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results in the fast-growing online accommodation and PropTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on-page & off-page SEO and content marketing strategies for global markets
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing SEO team
  • Drive AI-powered content scaling and technical SEO improvements
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Monitor performance and optimize for maximum impact
  • Stay updated with SEO trends and leverage new technologies for growth

Requirements:

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in SEO & content marketing, preferably in global marketplace or tech companies
  • Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and international SEO strategies
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, HubSpot
  • Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in organic traffic
  • Bonus: YouTube SEO experience
