About this role

We're seeking a skilled software developer to join our team.

This is an opportunity for engineers with 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Ruby on Rails at scale.

As a Software Craftsperson, you will take pride in clean, test-driven code and believe in Extreme Programming principles.

You'll work on exciting projects, collaborate with the team, and take ownership of the entire release cycle.

This includes programming, cloud infrastructure, client communication, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write clean, maintainable code
  • Develop web architecture and optimize existing infrastructure
  • Work in pairs for better results
  • Conduct peer code reviews for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate in a product team to build and rapidly roll out new features and fixes
  • Handle everything from the front end to the back end, including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Test Driven Development, React, React.js or JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies
  • Ability to design and develop web architecture and optimize existing infrastructure
  • Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies within a continuous deployment environment
