Job Description
  • Design and Implement APIs:
    • Expert-level understanding of RESTful design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems is required for architecting and building core infrastructure of our multi-tenant SaaS platform.
    • Develop robust webhook handlers for real-time event processing and implement authentication and authorization systems (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys).
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Collaborate with frontend teams to design optimal API contracts and mentor junior developers on backend best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Backend Development: Expert-level understanding of RESTful design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming patterns is required.
  • Database & Data Management: Expertise in both NoSQL and SQL databases, experience with caching strategies, query optimization, and handling high-volume transactions.
  • Integration & APIs: Proven experience building robust third-party integrations, webhook handlers, and API gateways. Strong knowledge of authentication patterns, rate limiting, and API versioning.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud services, Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Testing & Code Quality: Strong testing practices with high code coverage, experience with TDD/BDD methodologies. Proficient in Git workflows, code review processes, and maintaining high code quality standards.
