Advanced AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team. As an AI expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly shape our core products and client solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop AI Solutions: Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, consulting, client success) to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Client Partnerships: Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • AI Lifecycle Management: Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation → design → development → testing → deployment → iteration.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Expertise: Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Advanced Education: Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI/ML, EE, or related disciplines.
  • Enterprise Experience: Experience building AI-driven SaaS or enterprise solutions.
