Hiring for a System Analyst/IT Support to provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.

About the Role

The position involves delivering technical support services to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and networking problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 Desktop Support up to end-user level including hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Basic knowledge of network concepts, TCP/IP, LAN troubleshooting, and Active Directory is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server OS 2016, Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, and desktop applications is essential.
  • Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures and resolve issues proactively and independently.
  • Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL are highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • A degree without any arrears is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 0.6 month of experience in IT Support is necessary.
  • Ability to work on holidays is required.
