Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a driven, analytical, and proactive individual to fill the role of Business Analyst.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance specialists, to gather, analyze, document, review, and track requirements and user stories.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels, and have a solid understanding of software development life cycles and business analysis methodologies.

In this client-facing role, you will act as liaison between customer/business and technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • ~5+ years of experience in a similar BA role in software development or IT consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge of the SDLC, application development, systems, and design, as well as business analysis and methodologies
  • Gherkin experience is required
  • Advanced level skills in MS Office
  • Flexibility, proactivity, solution-oriented mindset, and strong relationship skills
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science

This role demands excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to learn quickly, commercial and practical approach, and ability to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challenges.
