What You'll Do
  1. Marketplace Growth: Develop strategic relationships with key digital platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and sales for our brand.
  2. Performance Marketing: Drive campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplaces, focusing on return on ad spend (ROAS) and revenue growth.
  3. Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, execute promotions, and optimize conversion funnels to boost sales.
  4. Optimization: Analyze performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform data-driven growth plans.
  5. Partnerships: Negotiate co-branded campaigns and premium placements with category managers, expanding our reach and influence.
  6. Expansion: Explore new opportunities and partnerships to scale our brand globally.
What We're Looking For
  • 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling premium brands, preferably in ghee, oils, natural/organic foods.
  • Ability to balance numbers and storytelling, living in data dashboards but thinking like a marketer.
  • Fluency in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and brand equity, with a deep understanding of consumer love.
  • A desire to be part of a pioneering movement that redefines the intersection of tradition and modernity.
