Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate high-quality housing leads from business-to-business (BTL) activities at Tata and other corporates.
- Drive home loan/equity sales through strategic follow-ups on leads generated, ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize productivity, maintain reports on lead conversion, sales performance, and team productivity.
- Monitor competition and market trends to refine sales strategies, develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance referrals and repeat business.
- Presentation and product demonstration skills are required for synergy SPOC's and its connectors.
Qualification Requirements:
Graduation, Masters or Postgraduation degree in any field. Additional certifications in sales and marketing would be an advantage.
