Job Title: Matrix Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Matrix Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Matrixx, IN/Billing system.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and supporting Matrixx, IN/Billing system.
  • Understanding client requirements and business models.
  • Handling operations for billing systems and providing L2 support in resolving technical issues.
  • Managing operations teams and liaising with onshore/offshore teams.
  • Debugging issues and finding root causes.
  • Participating in user clarification sessions for new feature rollouts on Billing systems.
  • Taking charge of quality assurance for new features and reporting, managing, and tracking requirements and functional changes.
  • Experienced in MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances … etc.)
  • Experienced in MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing.
  • Experienced in managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
  • Deep expertise in developing and supporting Matrixx, IN/Billing system.
  • Experience in understanding the client requirements and business models.
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to find root causes.
  • Knowledge of MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration.
  • Knowledge of MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing.
  • Knowledge of managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture.
