At a leading organization, we seek an experienced functional lead to oversee Infor WFM operations.

Title: Infor WFM Functional Lead

Location: Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

Educational Background:

·       A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer application, information technology, or equivalent is required. Additionally, a master's degree in business administration from a reputable institution and/or relevant experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrating in-depth domain and industry knowledge, and contribute to building Infor practice expertise.
  • Map complex business processes to develop robust and scalable technical or functional solutions.
  • Design, mobilize, present, and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions using Infor applications to meet client needs.
  • Lead client discussions on proposed solutions, architectural designs, and roadmaps.
  • Drive Infor implementation from discovery to sustainment.
  • Demonstrate application-level functional or technical knowledge on the Infor WFM platform.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
  • Develop migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Achieve engagement goals.

Core Competency

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages.
  • Additionally, they should have at least 2 years of experience in Infor product architecture engagements primarily focused on WFM.
  • Ability to design and present holistic solutions leveraging strong business acumen, analytical, and technical aptitude based on Infor WFM application.
  • Domain knowledge in human capital management, payroll, time & attendance, workforce scheduling, etc., is required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, testing tools, and accelerators.
  • Experience with one or more project lifecycle management, issue tracking, and/or knowledge repository platforms is preferred.
  • Business case development and roadmap creation are essential skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for success.
  • Infor certification is advantageous.
  • Database design, instance management strategy, RESTful API, and software development experience are added benefits.
  • Integration styles like EDI, bank standards, XML, web services, workflow, and alerts are also valuable.
  • Programming languages such as Java or C# are desirable.
  • Containerization experience in Docker, Kubernetes, or Amazon Web Services is beneficial.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of IT experience (support + implementation)
  • Minimum 2 years of Infor experience
  • Big 4 or other consulting firms' experience is preferred.
