We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and Workflows.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, build, and maintain SuccessFactors modules
  • Estimate time required for project tasks
  • Adapt and parameterize solutions to meet client requirements
  • Resolve complexity problems related to functional environments
  • Perform thorough testing to ensure accuracy of implemented modules
  • Support clients and onshore counterparts on application functionality
  • Complete presented solutions with new identified needs
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure proper implementation in different environments (Development, Test, and Production)
  • Solve easy and medium complexity problems using functional knowledge
  • Perform unit testing and document testing evidence
  • Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements
  • Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience
