About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, dealer branding, retail branding, and visual merchandising, with a strong background in creative conceptualization and BTL campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic communication plans to support product go-to-market strategies.
  • Liaise with go-to-source and go-to-market teams to develop marketing literature for new products.
  • Implement branding concepts for secondary, tertiary, and Bosch workshop concepts and modules.
  • Estimate and monitor spending on marketing expenditure to meet target marketing budget.
Requirements
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
  • BE in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
  • Strong skills in creative conceptualization, BTL campaign management, and customer contact programs.
  • Competent in developing literature for marketing collaterals, technical guides, catalogues, flyers, and brochures.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
