About the Role

The role of an Accounts Manager involves overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of the company's books of accounts. Key responsibilities include posting accounting entries, maintaining petty cash entries and bank reconciliations, preparing working papers, and filing GST/TDS returns.

In addition to these duties, the candidate will be responsible for creating sales invoices in the ERP system and sending them to customers on time. This also includes managing accounts payable and receivables, coordinating travel and hotel bookings, and ensuring timely payments.

Other key responsibilities include handling employee reimbursements according to company policy, overseeing office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, and ensuring that office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, and water are functioning properly and paid on time.

Renewal of AMC contracts for services like AC maintenance, pest control, and coffee machines is also part of this role.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and scanned formats. Additionally, they will assist in preparing final accounts and supporting auditors with statutory and transfer pricing audits.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting or commerce.
