Our ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an expert in industrial engineering activities, including process study, time motion study, and line balancing to improve productivity.
  • The successful candidate will drive improvement in cycle time through low-cost automation solutions.
  • This position requires the ability to prepare cyclical process flow, facility planning, installation, and commissioning of machines for new projects.
  • Maintenance of the factory master plan aligned with future capacity planning is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is preferred for this role.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in process engineering-related areas is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in time studies, Yamazumi studies, method studies, capacity calculations, long-term capacity planning, productivity improvements, debottlenecking workstations, safety improvements, and low-cost automation.
  • Good communication skills, including oral and written skills, computer skills, and proficiency in SAP, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint are necessary.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with refrigeration principles would be beneficial.
  • Manpower management of more than 500 operators is a desirable skill for this role.
