Senior UI Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • User Interface Design and Development: You will design and develop scalable, responsive, and performant user interface components that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • UI Coding Standards and Best Practices: You will define and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the development process.
  • Collaboration with UX Designers: You will work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code that meets the project requirements.
  • Product Requirements Understanding: You will collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet the business needs.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: You will mentor and coach junior UI developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges and helping them grow in their careers.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: You will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles, driving continuous improvement within the UI development process.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: You will stay updated with the latest UI trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the user experience of our applications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in UI development, with at least 3+ years of experience in React.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of UI design principles, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React. Knowledge of Redux is desirable.
