We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Job Role: UI/UX Developer

Job Location: Bangalore

About the Opportunity:

We believe in the power of digital transformation and are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to help us deliver innovative digital solutions.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our applications and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet the business objectives and user needs.

You will also conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the overall user experience.

In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI/UX designs into applications and provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design and development
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
  • Experience in gathering user requirements and conducting user research
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design and accessibility
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • High-level understanding of AI landscape
  • Understanding of modern build tools such as Vite, microbundler, parcel
  • Understanding of automated testing using Cypress/Cucumber/Gherkin

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field

Additional certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Attention to detail and a focus on user experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment
