Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the software quality assurance life cycle within an Agile process, collaborating with development teams to deliver a bug-free user experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product releases meet the highest standards.
- Establish optimal test strategies, develop automated tests, and create testing progress reports.
- Analyze test results, identify bugs or issues, and provide support to the development team during the testing and debugging process.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure software functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Selenium.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role, with at least 6 years of experience testing web applications.
- Experience leading a team and mentoring more junior members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong knowledge in QA methodologies, best practices, tools, and Robotic frameworks especially Selenium.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
