Job Title

The High Stakes Test Center Operations Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of High-Stakes Test Centers.

  • Coordinate scheduling across HSTC locations, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management teams on Speaking Examiners allocation forecast.
  • Monitor HSTC utilization and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Manage accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events, minimizing impact on candidates and stakeholders.
  • Oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to maintain ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handle requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the relevant internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to the relevant teams.
  • Conduct visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired.
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
  • Strong focus on compliance, ensuring all processes and communications adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs.
