The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Knowledge Excellence Centre at Bhayandar campus (Keshav Srushti). Key objectives include:

  • Strategic planning and execution of activities to expand current services and introduce new research areas.
  • Study international events and initiatives in Socio-Political-Economic domains, assessing their relevance and adaptability to India.
  • Develop and implement training programs, public awareness campaigns, and research initiatives to facilitate policy makers through collaborative approaches with stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners to drive growth and impact.
  • Guide talent management and development programs within the organization.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and operational excellence for existing campus facilities and expansion projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 20-25 years of experience in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
