
Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing professional to manage the entire marketing cycle — from generating leads, running campaigns, and analyzing performance, to supporting sales with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
- Research and qualify leads using CRM tools.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.
- Marketing Execution:
- Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
- Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).
- Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights:
- Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.
- Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.
- Sales & Business Support:
- Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.
- Work on customer segmentation and profiling to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
- Self-starter with ownership mentality.
- Data-driven and result-oriented.
- Strong balance between creativity and analytical thinking.
- Team player with ability to support sales and management.
