Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design process – from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
  • Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation
  • Closely collaborate with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers

Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive design as a strategic differentiator by leveraging design thinking and emerging tech to improve adoption
  • Lead deep user research across varied micro-personas using behavioral insights and usability metrics
  • Build scalable UX systems that adapt in real-time to user preferences and behavior
  • Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven platforms to streamline and accelerate the UX process
  • Define expressive, motion-enhanced design systems that improve interaction and engagement

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience
