Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management: Motivate and direct a team to achieve sales targets while providing guidance and training for individual and team performance.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with developers, real estate agents, brokers, and other channel partners to generate leads and referrals.
  • Business Development: Identify and explore new opportunities, partnerships, and tie-ups to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction by addressing queries and providing exceptional service throughout the loan application process.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements, mitigating potential risks through regular audits and compliance checks.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of lending products and practices, particularly home loans.
  • Proficiency in computer software and banking applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Experience driving sales through digital platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
