Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned delivery expert to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality solutions to clients across various industries. As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to closure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, implementation, and maintenance teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 15 years of IT and business experience in progressively complex delivery roles
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presence in meetings
  • Elevated attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel, Visio, and PPT skills
  • Skilled in JIRA, Confluence
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with often shifting priorities
  • Previous technical project management experience in a dynamic high-technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in estimation of work
  • Experience in transition and transformation of large-scale initiatives from traditional development methodologies to Agile techniques
