Fullstack AI Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-powered applications.

This role combines full-stack development with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning expertise. The successful candidate will oversee system design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.

  • Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered applications, including backend, frontend, and AI integration.
  • Build and integrate LLMs, reasoning and generation systems, and AI agents.
  • Develop APIs and backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
  • Create modern, interactive user interfaces with React.js/Next.js.
  • Work with relational databases, NoSQL databases, vector databases, and asynchronous processing.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply machine learning techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
  • Mentor team members, review code, and ensure best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years in Fullstack Development + AI/ML.
  • Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Proven experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
