About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Strategist to drive business growth and improve brand awareness through paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted ad campaigns, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize performance and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, create, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, including copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and innovations in the Meta and Google advertising landscapes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage advertising resources, allocating budgets and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
