Lead Technical Specialist

Job Title: Deputy Manager

As a Lead Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's technical strategy. You will be responsible for developing diagnostic procedures for new models, creating wiring manuals, collaborating with the field technical team to identify effective troubleshooting methods, analyzing field failure reports to develop quick solutions, representing service and capture field failures in various new product DFMEA's, and validating diagnostic flashing tools and releasing them to the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive diagnostic procedures for emerging models.
  • Design and create intricate wiring manuals.
  • Collaborate closely with the field technical team to identify efficient and effective troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Analyze detailed field failure reports to devise swift solutions.
  • Represent the service department and document field failures in multiple new product DFMEA's.
  • Validate diagnostic flashing tools and release them to the technical teams in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of general experience in technical support within the Automotive industry.
