Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities and ensuring work execution meets high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to resolve technical issues and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily progress, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Prepare bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills in collaboration with project managers and consultants.
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, and other aspects of construction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, company standards, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site in consultation with project managers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design abilities.
