Job Title:

Business Financial Analyst Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domain as an individual contributor.
  • Perform thorough financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and insights.
  • Develop and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management for strategic planning purposes.
  • Identify and analyze key financial trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting – revenue & margin.
  • Implement cost management strategies to improve margins.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide business and delivery support, including pricing considerations.
  • Review MSAs/SOWs.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a CA/MBA with a specialization in Business Finance Management or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
