Job Opportunity: Reinforced AI Specialist

Overview:

The strategic deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions is a pivotal aspect of our operations. This position requires the expertise to manage, automate, and maintain complex ML pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with AWS cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, optimize, and maintain advanced ML models using SageMaker, Fargate, and other AWS services.
  • Develop innovative prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Assist in designing and implementing robust containerized services using Docker for scalable deployment on AWS infrastructure.
  • Collaborate in unit testing and end-to-end monitoring of ML pipelines, services, and workflows to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Design and implement effective documentation processes to ensure maintainability, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, including pandas, SQL, and popular ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn).
  • Expertise in using Python for various ML tasks, such as building, training, and maintaining models.
  • Proficiency in AWS services, including Lambda, Glue, CloudWatch, and Bedrock.
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and their optimization.
  • Foundational knowledge of observability practices and model deployment fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
