Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior AI Specialist to lead the development and deployment of intelligent systems that leverage Generative AI architectures.

  • About the Role:

  • You will be instrumental in building AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, task decomposition, and multi-modal interactions across various enterprise or consumer-facing applications. Your expertise will drive the creation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance our clients' digital experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    1. Design and develop agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and refine themselves.
    2. Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for specific tasks like text, image, or code generation.
    3. Integrate multi-modal models for richer agent interactions.
    4. Develop AI agents that can independently plan, execute, and monitor workflows across tools and platforms.
    5. Implement alignment, safety, and guardrail mechanisms to ensure responsible agentic behavior.
    6. Stay updated with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
  • Requirements:

  • We require a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and modern LLM architectures. You must have hands-on experience with transformers, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and chain-of-thought reasoning.

  • Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or hierarchical planning is highly valued. Familiarity with orchestration tools and knowledge of observability and agent monitoring tools are also desirable.
