Job Title: Virtual Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager who can build compelling content, engage online communities, and drive results across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital storytelling, strong execution skills, and the ability to develop effective social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand culturally relevant
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal follower base
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Run paid promotions and boost posts as needed

Requirements:
  • ~ Strong content sense and creative copywriting skills
  • ~ Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
  • ~ Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategy for better performance
  • ~ A flair for storytelling, brand voice, and building digital presence
  • ~ Experience with handling influencers or creators is a plus
