Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing the maintenance activities of a facility, including engineering, electrical, and civil maintenance.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete management of preventive maintenance planning, repair estimation, vendor performance monitoring, and safety inspections.

They will partner with the Operations Department to resolve technical issues related to equipment breakdowns, improve maintenance practices, and ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage preventive maintenance planning and execution
  • Supervise maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment
  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinate activities related to fuel and electricity management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management and vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
